Terms of Service
The service
TipFly is a cashless tipping platform for restaurant staff. Operated by Resivo LLC, Azerbaijan.
These terms cover the mobile app, the restaurant management panel, and the guest tipping pages.
Who can use it
Waiters: accounts are invite-only — your restaurant adds you. You must be at least 18 to use an account.
Restaurant owners and managers use the management panel.
Guests need no account — you can tip without signing up for anything.
Tips and payouts (for waiters)
Tips are credited to your restaurant's TipFly account minus the platform commission. The rate that applies to your restaurant is always shown in the app and the panel.
Your restaurant pays out your tips on the schedule agreed with you. Each waiter's share is tracked separately by their own QR code, and your total is always visible in the app.
Financial records are kept for the period required by law.
Tipping (for guests)
Tips are voluntary and the amount is always your choice.
Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider.
Tips are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
Not allowed: fraud; fake tips or self-tipping schemes; manipulating ratings.
Violations can lead to account suspension.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not a bank.
Disputes about service quality are between the guest and the restaurant.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated version. Material changes will be announced in the app.
